Reflect
It has been three months since we started the first quarter, and we are now going to 2nd quarter of our grade 10. The first quarter was quite challenging, and I put a lot of pressure on myself to pass it. Whether I like it or not, the second quarter of school is almost here, and I'm exhausted from it. However, I constantly have to remind myself that it's critically important to remember that it's good to ask for help, take breaks, and prioritize self-care and the pressure to perform academically can occasionally feel overpowering. Endurance and determination are important characteristics to have when facing scholastic difficulties. Ultimately, the secret is to strike a balance between pushing oneself to succeed and taking care of oneself. Managing that sometimes frightening world of academics ultimately comes down to striking a balance between pushing oneself to accomplish and keeping one's well-being.
The first quarter of the school year has given me a lot to learn, including the opportunity to explore new topics and meet new people. I have the opportunity to evaluate our progress, make new objectives, and welcome the upcoming learning opportunities as I look back on the first quarter. It serves as a reminder that learning never ends and that there is a tone of opportunities for growth and development in the upcoming year.

Ms. Quiocho, best wishes on your journey! Don't give up on your dreams, and keep going with what you've started.
